Couples
Receive personalized guidance and support for you and a dear one. This two hour class will offer you tools, techniques and resources to continue to enhance your practice at home.
Intention: We begin by grounding in our bodies, setting personal intentions, discussing boundaries and establishing learning goals.
Guidance: Once we are ready to begin, we will get settled on either on a massage table or floor, depending on your preferences. You will be guided based on our chosen plan with plenty of help along the way. Demonstration is available if desired, but the primary focus is guidance on your own hands-on work.
Please note: This class is reserved for existing clients or those who have been referred by a trusted source.
